Acquisition Criteria
We are aggressively seeking value-add and opportunistic investment opportunities meeting the following criteria:
- Class A or Class B industrial, office or retail properties
- $1 – $10+ million transaction value
- Established or improving submarkets in Southern California
- “A” or “B” locations
- Vacant, partially leased, or mismanaged projects
- Single or multi-tenant buildings
- Properties requiring significant capital expenditure, lease-up, or repositioning efforts
- Targeted unleveraged returns of 10-16%
